Registration Procedures

Registration is open!

Early registration fees are available only until October 31. Beyond this date additional charges will apply.

1 - Administrative registration and payment is compulsory and is done through Azur Colloque (more below)

The conference fees cover the expenses for participation and access to all lectures during the 3-days conference, the coffee breaks, the lunches, the wine & cheese on Monday.
The gala dinner on Tuesday December 3^rd is an extra cost. It will take place at the Cité Mondiale, "salle panoramique" of the Jefferson Tower (Bordeaux).

2 - Abstract submission is done through the present website as follows:

Once you have created a sciencesconf account, please log into our website and submit an abstract [here]. Upon presenter approval, some abstracts will be selected for short talks (deadline for this is November 15).

****ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE****

Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, check, or purchase order (bon de commande).

Please take all the necessary information and payment tools with you before beginning the registration process (e.g. TVA number of your institution).

Note that  YOU MUST GO TO THE END OF THE PROCESS AND TO THE PAYMENT 
It is not possible to connect again later to complete or to modify your registration data!
